The FUBU Foundation was created to empower andeducate communities in low-income areas with a focus onentrepreneurship and children’s education.
In 1992, Daymond John, Keith Perin, J. Alexander Martin, and Carlton Brown set out to create a clothing brand that was inclusive to all who wore it. After FUBU took off, Daymond John founded The FUBU Foundation in 1998 to give children the opportunity to be and feel empowered, educated, and think entrepreneurially.
